The 5-Step Process

1.  We start with a Defense Resume Strategy Audit.
I review your existing resume and LinkedIn profile compared to your goals, and discuss what I find with you including clear next-steps suggestions for planning. 

2. When you decide to move forward, 
 we’ll deep dive into your objectives, jobs of interest, and companies or agencies you want to go after, and discuss everything by email, telephone calls or on something like Zoom.

3. I’ll strategically plan your resume
by gathering information from your existing resume, performance reviews, certifications, diplomas, DD 214, etc. and mapping the job qualifications and requirements to your background.

4. I’ll research job posts you’re pursuing
to identify the best keywords for your specific job search objectives, strategically include them in your resume, and ensure that your resume presents you as a highly relevant and qualified candidate.
